Actually aku nak share dengan korang tentang proses beli rumah.
Sebabnya, to tell u the truth, when we decide to buy a house, sume orang mcm bgtau procedure dia secara tunggang-langgang. At first memang mening kepala jugak la sebab we don't know about so many things and memang byk hidden cost yg developer biasanya tak inform btul2 kat pembeli and so on. And unfortunately, info kat internet pun tak berapa nak tepat sgt.

Tapi before that, I'm gonna share some info on the reasons why u shud buy a house.

Zaman sekarang ni kebanyakkannya lepas kawin je terus beli rumah. Padahalnya kalo nak ikutkan susah tau. Susahhh sangat.
Nak harap duit EPF pun bukan banyak mana. Umur 20an biasanya kan baru abih belajar, baru nak start keje. Paling2 pun ada la dalam 20K - 25K share laki-bini. 9) You’ll be able to put down roots in a community. When you’re a homeowner, you’ll get to know your neighbors, participate in street sales, meet potential baby-sitters and play Saturday-morning touch football in the park. Renters tend to live more personal lives.
10) You’ll have a greater voice in community affairs. Local homeowners generally have more clout – individually and through ratepayer’s associations – when it comes to development proposals, school issues, changes to traffic control and routing and the like. Because renters tend to be more transient than homeowners, they have less influence on policymakers.

Kalau tidak, tak salah kalau tunggu 3, 4 tahun lagi to get your dream home.
Yes, harga rumah makin lama makin naik tapi kalau sekarang ni ko takde duit tapi sibuk2 jugak nak beli rumah, tak payahlah.
Sebab tu ko slalu nampak rumah utk dilelong kat bank tu.

harzharun..hehe kita sama je la.clueless abt process beli rumah nie. faham gak skit. tapi mcm tak sure la mcm mana nak start dulu nie. my parents live in shah alam.maka telah semangat la..pujuk anak dan bakal menantu beli rumah kawasan Shah Alam je.siap pujuk kalau boleh beli PKNS punya rumah je. ada syarat tue. haha
masalahnya..rumah PKNS la nie kawasan shah alam.mak ai mahal2 belaka.alasan my mum rumah PKNS bagus.dan confirm dah siap. rumah jual after dah siap kan? hehe..nak pilih je dah pening.

haaa memang worth it kalau buat investment beli rumah ni. property kan. tapi yalah ikut kemampuan. macam kitorang ni mampu untuk beli condo ja, rumah teres memang tak mampu lagi. but we're enjoying it. :-)
dapur itu sangat cntikkk!!!kitorang aritu masuk rumah apa pun tak buat lagi. tengah mengumpul duit untuk buat kitchen. huhu

kalo kat kl mmg terpaksa beli kondo la. kat jb ni kondo ader gak tapi sebab rumah bwh byk lagi yg affordable kan so cam best gak la ^-^ kitorang ni pun ntah cukup duit ke tak nak buat kitchen tu. bila fikir2 balik cam bazir pulak kalo buat awal2 kalo terpaksa bajet2 ni kan sebab dah alang2 baik buat yg best trus ye tak?
