Kadang-kadang kan, perasaan tu datang tiba-tiba.
Tadi aku baca komen2 kat blog k|ree pastu berdesuppp... kenangan mcm datang tiba-tiba, macam angin lalu yang laju kat tepi and terus menyusup ke hati.

ntah. tatau pun nak describe macam mana.

Walaupun itu kisah lama tapi sebab ia berlaku dalam hidup aku, macam dakwat hitam yang tumpah atas karpet kuning, jadi macam susah nak padam. Kalau cuci dengan clorox pun, berus kuat-kuat, maybe boleh hilang sikit-sikit, tapi karpet kuning tu pun akan berubah kaler jugak kan.

Macam Ciki yang pergi dari hidup aku.
It's not that I want to forget about him.
It's just that I don't want to remember.
I don't want a ticker to remind me that he has gone for how many months now.
I don't want the memory to be there coz it is too painful to swallow.
Macam tiap kali teringat, akan jadi sesuatu yang pahit kat tekak.
Sebab he is the only living thing who kept me sane, when everything falls apart, dulu.

And that is how I feel about Mlk.

Aku singgah sana last few weeks waktu on the way ke KL for my cousin's wedding.
Sebab nak beli gula Mlk dengan cencaluk kat pasar Mlk Sentral nuu.
Tapi kenapa ya, setiap kali pun perasaannya masih sama.
walaupun dah tinggalkannya hampir 3 tahun yang lalu?

Setiap jalan yang aku lalui, setiap bangunan, rasa, setiap nafas yang aku hela di situ, adalah rutin suatu ketika dulu...

I've been eating like crazy.
Nengoknya cam orang kebulur je kekadang tu.
And ni tgh kemaruk makan tomyam ngan asam pedas ngan kerabu yg perah2 limau tu.
Nak yang sendiri masak okeh takmo yg kedai punya.
Tak pikir pulak perut aku ni ader ulcer ngan gastrik tuh.

haih.

And then, out of nowhere, jerawat telah naik ngan dasat.
Nasib baik yg halus-halus sajer.
I've never had any jerawat ever since I start using that Nu Skin product so bila tiba-tiba naik byk begini harus la ai rasa cam ala2 nak meraung je kan.
'adakah sebab aktiviti makan ngan dasat?
ye, lagi mau tanya.

And my stomach hurts and kembong like #^%$#!
Dah 3, 4 minggu ni.
Nak tidur punya la susah.
Pusing kanan, kiri, terlentang pun masih sakit.
'aa btul la... ni mesti sebab mentekedarah yg dasat tuh...

Sedap la bau perfume ni.
Tadi bos aku lalu kat sebelah and aku cam terpengaruh ngan bau dia yg menusuk kalbu.
Pastu cam nak beli.
So, ada sesapa penah guna?

And bau Chanel ni pun sedap.
Walaupun tak bape fresh/cool cam CK or Hugo Boss tapi tetap best.
Ala2 warm and elegant gitu.

Aku kan mudah terpengaruh nih.
Walopon Hubby baru belikan perfume Stella aritu tapi tetiba rasa cam nak beli yang lain jugak sebab cam nak buat koleksi so tiap ari aku bole tukar2 perfume.
*ye, of cos telah terpengaruh ngan cik puan bos yg byk duit tuh*

ok, I'm back.

And arini aku mengun awal sebab lapo.
And sebab dah mangun awal and Hubby tido lagi jadi telah memasak ngan dasat.

Mula2 sekali buat brekfes Kerabu Tomato.
Lepas dah makan tu, lapo lagi and goreng karipap pulak.
Karipap tu memang aku beli byk buat stok kot kebulur bole terus masuk kuali jek. Dah makan tu 2 bijik, masak nasik pulak.
Pastu nampak otak2 beku kat freezer.
Otak-otak Kempas.


Letak dalam oven 10 minit pastu makan panas2.
veri sedap okeh.
Beli kat supplier dia aritu.
Seriesly takde sape bole celen kesedapan otak-otak Kempas nih.
Yang Gelang Patah punya tu pun tak berapa rasa sgt.
'oo pasni aku dah bole jual otak-otak dah =p

Dah setel makan otak-otak, aku gi perap ayam ngan black pepper tu.
Pastu gi masak tomyam pulak.
Ni aku bagi resepi tomyam simple tapi sedap okeh.
Guna bahan basic kat umah je tapi rasa dia still best macam kat kedai nuu.
And veri senang nak buat.


Tomyam Campur
Bahan-bahannya :
Bawang Besar - 2 biji (hiris sedang)
Bawang Putih - 1 biji (diketuk)
Kiub Tomyam Knorr - 2 biji
Cili Api - 6 biji (diketuk)
Limau Nipis - 1 biji
Kobis Bunga - suka hati
Isi Ayam - suka hati
Serai - 1 batang (diketuk)
Udang - 7 ekor (suka hati)
Air - 2 mug (suka hati)

Cara-caranya :
1) Campurkan air dgn kiub tomyam and biarkan sampai mendidih.
2) Masukkan bawang besar and bawang putih.
3) Agak2 menggelegak, masukkan isi ayam, udang dan serai.
4) Kacau sekejap. Agak masak masukkan cili api yg telah diketuk pecah. Jangan tumbuk halus nanti pedas melampau and tak sedap.
5) Perah air limau nipis, matikan api and masukkan kobis bunga or any other sayur yg ada kat peti sejuk.



Senang gile kan?
Campak-campak, ketuk-ketuk gitu pun dah siap.
Bila dah masukkan sayur memang kena terus matikan api kalau tak nanti sayur jadi lembik.

Kiub tomyam tu aku guna jenama Knorr sajer sebab jenama lain aku rasa tak sedap. Semua bahan tu memang dah sedia ada kat peti sejuk sebab tu la aku cakap senang.

Kalau guna daun limau purut sbenarnya lagi best tapi sebab aku takde stok time tu so aku guna limau nipis je la. Rasa pun lebih kurang. Kat rumah aku ni memang sentiasa ada lime sebab aku ni peminat kerabu and nak buat kerabu kan memang kena guna lime tu yg aku dah siap2 beli byk.

Actually ini adalah basic so kalo nak tambah benda lain cam tomato, lengkuas, sotong tu ikut suka la ye.



Pukul 6 ptg semalam bertolak balik and pukul 9.30 mlm dah sampai rumah.
I went there with a guy colleague and on d way tu kami borak2 la.
He asked me, 'Sha, husben ko biasa ngeteh kat mana eh?

'aa dia takde ngeteh dah. <-- stret to d point

'ye ke takde lepak2 dah?
eleh...
<-- cam bunyi2 ngutuk di situ

'apehal plak. biar la dia tak ngeteh pun. dah dia lagi suka dok umah ngan aku so nak buat cemana kan. ko tu yg patutnya takyah nak lepak2 dah pas kawin nih. siannya bini ko.

haha akhirnya dia diam.

I'm off to USJ to attend some course this evening.
Will be back here during weekend.
Mesti sgt bocan sbb encik Hubby tak ikut skali sbb bizi keje.
huuu~ sorang2 la aku mengadap dinding kat bilik hotel tu yeh.

Tetiba cam bercadang nak gi IKEA walopon baru je pegi aritu.
Tapi cam bercadang nak jumpa kekawan lama jugak tapi takut diorang bizi pulak.
So, ntahlah.
Lama tak berjalan sendiri nih.

Last 2 weeks kan aku pegi IKEA wif my family sbb ada wedding time tu.
of cos telah rambang mata di situ.
Aku beli floor lamp, tempat sumbat plastik, kitchen towel, rak sudu, lilin cantek, candle holder, vase, towel holder, multi-purpose shelf, and a few other thing yang tak related cam towel oren ngan hapetah lagi tu. Nak beli jam kaler oren juger tapi setelah berpikir2 balik, lebih baik aku beli jam yang 3-pictures kat JJ Tebrau tu. cam lagi cantek.

Walopun time tu belum confirm lagi nak beli rumah yang mana tapi sebab dah mind set akan beli rumah jugak so kalau pegi mana2 pun tetap rasa nak beli barang rumah.

hooo pasni nak kena start buat checklist balik nih.
'over excited macam waktu nak beli barang kawin dulu =p

And patutnya besok nak jumpa bank officer tu tapi cam tak sempat lak.
Next week la gaknya baru setel kot.

working in a serene, calm environment.

But then, when u start your career working like a mad bad dog, and suddenly, u get to have this heavenly slow-paced working, maka otak telah ngalami culture shock.

macam terhenti kejap.
dari kerja yang super-duper bizi menjadi veri d senang cam gini, maka telah jadi boring yang amats.

It's not like I don't have work to do.
I have.
Tapi lansung tak mencabarlah.

I've been working here for almost 3 years and I've been transfered to this new section for 2 months now and I'm bored.

really!

Drop-dead bored.

macam tak bersyukur pulak.


I HAVE to be sooo bersyukur okeh.
Lots of people yearn to get what I have now.
rezeki lepas kawin...

I'm not super rich like others, but I have a beautiful life.
I have a romantic husband who adores me.
I have a job that pays me well, subsidized my housing loan interest, and pays my medical bills, which I certainly have to be grateful enough.

And I have a family that understands me.

oh my... I'm blissed!
And yes, I AM grateful...

And that job is defenitely less-stressed ok! <-- dlm proses terima hakikat yg keje tu best jugek T_T

But since this is my blog, I can komen or berkeluh-kesah sesukahati la kan.
So to tell u the truth, I'd prefer to work using my left mind rather than the right one.
I decide what to do as I do it, rather than forming a plan ahead of time.
And sorry to say but doing these management, creative thinking and planning things bores me.

And I miss numbers.
I miss being the problem-solver in my previous section.

Semalam balik kerja, aku neman Hubby motong rambut.
Tengah nak kuar kete tu, tup tup, 'eh? nape ada room divider cantek kat sini??

Maka, 'wahhh~ telah teruja on d spot lalu singgah.
Hubby gi setelkan hal dia and aku melepek kat furniture shop kat Kota Masai nuu.

Setelah operasi tawar-menawar, dari RM1100 jadi RM800 sajer okeh.
Tatau la kot kalau tempah lagi murah, kan.

Apapun, ai excited yo!

Pastu nampak pulak mini bar yang comel di situ.
And after less dlm RM750 sajer.
Murahan jugek!
The mini bar is quite big and dia bagi skali dgn 2 stools cam kat bawah nih sebab tu aku rasa cam murah.




Tapi bila fikir-fikir balik, motif sebenar adalah nak carik wall divider sebab nak bezakan living room ngan ruang makan.

Kot kalo letak mini bar kat living room tu harus semak-samun rumah aku ngan kerusi kang; sofa + mini bar + dining chairs.

haiyohhh!

So, walopon lebih murah tapi lebih baik carik wall divider cantek yg tak berapa nak menyemakkan fikiran.

ye, itupun bergantung pada keadaan tabung buluh kami.
Kot kalo duit tak cukup kang memang postpone je la hajat nak beli benda alah tu.
Sebabnya, ada banyakkk benda penting lain yang kami perlu beli contohnya cam lampu-lampuan cantek untuk dipasang dalam rumah.

Sebabnya, ko bukan nak tebuk cornice kat siling/dinding tu banyak2 kali pun kan, so harus la beli lampu/kipas cantek at one go.

And of cos la u ols tau bape harga lampuan-lampuan yg cantek begitu kan...

Aku dah listkan a few of ciri-ciri pemilihan rumah beserta dgn pros and cons yg aku rasa memang penting la before korang buat keputusan nak yang beli rumah yang mana.

Location & Neighborhood
• Suburbs or Country
Pros : Generally less expensive. Often newer. More home for the money.
Cons : More time in traffic if driving to town for work. Further away from entertainment options that cities offer.

• Urban
Pros : Closer to many employers. Walking distance to theaters, restaurants, schools. Many period homes offer more distinctiveness in styles.
Cons : Often noisier. Higher crime rates. More expensive. Period homes (99 yrs)

• Busy Streets
Pros : Often homes on streets with more traffic are thousands of dollars cheaper. If noise doesn't bother you, don't go for homes on busy streets. Drive by at different times of the day/week to ascertain noise levels.

Sebabnya, to tell u the truth, when we decide to buy a house, sume orang mcm bgtau procedure dia secara tunggang-langgang. Zaman sekarang ni kebanyakkannya lepas kawin je terus beli rumah. Padahalnya kalo nak ikutkan susah tau. Susahhh sangat.

Nak harap duit EPF pun bukan banyak mana. Umur 20an biasanya kan baru abih belajar, baru nak start keje. Paling2 pun ada la dalam 20K - 25K share laki-bini. Dah la kawin aritu nak guna banyak duit, pastu beli rumah of cos akan guna lagiii banyak. That's why la aku ckp, beli rumah time muda2 ni byk pros and cons nya. Tapi arini aku nak citer kebaikan sajer.

Tak kiralah korang suka ke tak, tapi mood aku sekarang adalah mau bercerita tentang rumah ngan dasat!

oh my.
I can't wait for everything to settle; the legal documents, stamping and everything, and pastu da bole start beli lampu yang cantek2 kat Tampoi nuu.

Kat situ kan, dah la banyak pilihan, murahan pulak tuh. Kipas Elmark ngan Alpha pun dia jual murahan jugak. The Elmark cost only RM188 per piece hokeh! Harus la benda tu masuk dalam mimpi aku tiap ari kan.

Room divider yang macam kat bawah ni pun cantek kan?
And I heart the lamp...

perasaan macam berlonggok je duit ko kat bank tu ye.



Tapi, lantak la kan.
Takde rugi apapun ko nak bermimpi.
Bukan guna duit orang pun kan.

Semalam balik dari The Zone kami singgah Persada Jhr.
Ada Furniture Fair di situ.
wuuu~ hampir2 la nak bayar deposit kat satu interior designer ni.
Aku rasa cam berbaloi sebab drp 7.6K turun jadi 3.6K utk 20ft of kitchen cabinet.
plus countertop lagi ha.
Tapi kayu la.
Pastu dia bagi free built-in stove ngan 2 aluminium cabinet ngan apetah satu lagi tu.

Tapi hubby tak setuju sebab benda tu kayu.
He wants it to be built with aluminium yg burok tuh.
ai suker kayu okeh.
Walopon tak berapa nak tahan lama and bau busuk (eg : cengal/nyatoh) tapi ai tetap suker.

Tapi countertop harus la guna granite or concrite.
Kalau kayu kang kena air abih reput semua.
Or nanti ko tumbuk sambal atas kayu tu abih roboh dah kabinet cantek ko tuh.
haha.

Kalau korang dok area JB ni sila la lawat kilang Jubin BMS tu ye.
veri murahan!
Weekend pun dia bukak sampai pukul 5 okeh.

Tapi tak jadi beli sebab rumah yg ini dah siap pasang semua.
Tapi kat situ ada jual banyak benda lain yang best tau.
Contohnya cam kepala paip.
And bathroom appliances.
Ala2 IKEA version kecik.


ai teringin ngan bathtub tu okeh.
ai ingat nanti nak besarkan skit bilik air kat atas tu bagi letak bathtub.
Hubby cakap takyah besarkan, dia suh robohkan je trus.
Dia cakap bagi bini dia ni puas biar letak kolam renang terus dalam bilik.
haha.

Walopon majuk sikit ngan Hubby tapi ai sangat hepi arini sebab dah berjaya dapat rumah yang kitorang nak!

Malam tadi je la majuk pastu tengahari tadi, sebab aku dah takleh nak control my eagerness, maka telah msg dia tanya nak pegi jumpa developer tak? hehe. And it is kat area Seri Alam!

'ntah kali berapa la aku jerit2 nih. tapi kali ni adalah kompem takmo tukar2 fikiran dah sebab loan dah approve!!!

Telah fikir-fikir balik, walaupun kemampuan sekarang adalah tak sama dengan kemampuan 10, 20 tahun akan datang, but for some reasons, we had to choose yang terbaik yang kami mampu buat masa sekarang and the best dari segi location, keluasan binaan, environment and of course, the price.


Environment :
We love it because it is located quite far from the industrial area.
Korang pun tau kan area PG ni memang tak sesuai lansung utk pembangunan insan. Memang dah ala2 toksik jugak la.
So kena la carik rumah yang agak jauh sikit dari kawasan industri.

And kat depan and tepi rumah aku ni ada hutan berbukit okeh!
veri sejuks, sunyi and senyap.
Totally my taste.
Tapi tatau la akan datang sbb ada phase baru nak buat kat depan tu.
Kan macam membazir jugak kalo kat area town diorang tak tebang tebas cik hutan tuh untuk pembangunan.


Location :
This is another important thing dalam ciri-ciri pemilihan kami.
Sebabnya, aku takmo mangun pagi2 sangat nak harung jem gi tempat keje.
So, yes, it is far from the industrial area, but it is still within my normal waking hours.

Currently I'm staying quite near dgn office.
Tak sampai 5 minit dah sampai okeh.
jem pun tadek.
Kalau dok jauh2 mcm kat area Setia Indah tu ke, harus aku mangun kul 4, 5 pagi kang.
Opis Hubby pulak sgt2 dekat dengan rumah baru kami.
Satu jalan okeh.
So, it is an advantage for him.
And sangat dekat jugak dengan Tesco and a specialist hospital.
So, memang banyak different la dengan our current place.

Another reason is that, ada 2 sekolah menengah and 2 sekolah rendah kat situ and all the schools are within walking distance je okeh. So anak aku nanti bole la jalan kaki je gi sekolah. haha. And UniKL and Masterskills College pun located nearby. Kalo rasa2 tanak duduk rumah tu dah, aku bole je sewakan kat bebudak ni nanti.
'eh tapi area budak skolah biasanya jalan jem jugak, kan?
takpe2 blakang kira ittew.


Keluasan Binaan :
It is a 22 x 70 sqf house and it has an additional of 2-metres land at the back.
No, it is not a big house, but it is big enough for me and my family.
Yang paling penting, bila sedara-mara datang, aku takmo mereka bersesak2 kat hall or berhimpit2 kat dapur nuu. And the best thing is that it has a largeee master bedroom
*i suker* with a wall-to-wall windows. 'mesken la aku nak buat langsir nanti =p

And it has a family area kat atas. <-- org ramai2 datang kot kalo tak cukup bilik kang bole bentang tilam kat situ.
And a high ceiling. <-- takde rase terperap panas je rumah tu pastu takde la putus kepala aku kena kipas kang.


Price :
No, it is not cheap but compared to the other houses at this area, it's still reasonable and alhamdulillah... affordable.

Macam kawan aku yg beli rumah 300K tu, dia laki-bini guna kete burok.
Tapi rumah, mak aihhh... veri grand d vouge gitu.
oh~ maksud aku di sini ialah, dia pandai membajet2kan pembelian ikut kemampuan dia.
Means, dia tak kesah pakai kete buruk tapi dapat rumah yang best and veri selesa.

haha.
Nanti ada yang silap paham di sini =p

Yelah, it's only the matter of you'll get some, u'll lose some.
Macam aku la.
ko nak rumah best, ko tak payah la nak berlagak sgt macam orang kaye, itu ini semua ko nak. So sila la adjust di sana sini so that pembelian tu tak melebihi tahap kemampuan. Contohnya cam, dulu tengok wayang seminggu sekali, skrg ni bole la kurangkan jadi sebulan sekali ke. Or kurangkan makan luar ke. Or kurangkan berjalan-jalan tak tentu arah ke. Dapat save duit minyak di situ.

So, another achievement for the year 2010.

Ngumpul duit beli rumah dulu yeh.



oke2, motif sebenar adalah mau bercerita tentang Kerabu Tomato yang aku buat arini. Actually ini adalah resepi kerabu mangga tapi sebab kat sini susah nak carik mangga muda and aku pulak memang malas nak racik benda tu halus2 maka telah tukar dengan tomato.

Sangat sedap occay.
Serius!
Selalu aku makan macam tu jek takyah nasik.
And it's sooo easy to prepare.
Dah beberapa kali buat pun and rasa dia tak pernah berubah. Try la.


KERABU TOMATO

Bahan-bahan :

Bawang besar - 1 biji (hiris halus)
Tomato - 2 biji (hiris halus)
Cili api - 2 biji (hiris halus)
Sos ikan - 1 sudu besar
Gula - 1 sudu rata
Limau nipis - 1 biji
Udang kering - 10 ekor
Ikan bilis - Setengah genggam
Kacang tanah - Ikut suka (goreng kering dan buang kulit)

Cara-caranya :
1- Goreng ikan bilis dan tumbuk ala kadar (jgn hancur sgt). Rendam udang kering dalam air panas, toskan dan tumbuk.
2- Masukkan gula, cili api, bawang besar dan tomato yang telah dihiris dalam satu bekas. Gaul dengan perahan limau nipis, sos ikan, kacang tanah dan bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk tadi.
3- Hidangkan.



Aku tak letak garam pun sebab aku tak suka masin.
And aku dah didik Hubby supaya tak makan masin/manis sangat.
Tapi kalau korang nak letak pun sukahatilah.

Sos ikan tu aku guna jenama Knife.
Sebab ada logo halal okeh.
Banyak jual kat Tesco nuu.
Murahan je pun.
Botol dia pun dah ala2 botol minyak jugak.

Besok nak try masak Ayam Panggang Black Pepper Masala.
Makcik aku bagi resepi best.
Kalo betul sedap baru aku letak kat sini yeh.

oh~ mood sekarang adalah mentry resepi yang sume orang cakap best.
