The Bridesmaid~

Yes, that's my pengapit.
my last minute pengapit.
Horror oke last minute baru dapat pengapit nih.

Ceritanya begini.
Encik Hubby memang dah ada pengapit lelaki.
Months ago dia dah book bestfren dia nih.
And I said, camtu, suruh girlfren dia je la jadi my bridesmaid sebab senang. Nanti kalau dia jadi pengapit laki, his gf nak dok mana pulak kan.

So, both of them agreed; the Hubby and the pengapit lelaki.
And I thought, the gf would agree too.

And that was monthsss ago.

I kept reminding him to check wif the gf whether she had the color that I want. And I specifically told him that I want a plain colored pink/purple dress. Kalau takde, I can buy her one. And Hubby said the typical word --> oke, oke.

hiks.

Suddenly, a few weeks before the wedding, Hubby said, cyg.. camne ni... gf dia tanak jadi pengapit la...

I was like, whaaat?!$@#

oke, backup plan.

I asked one of my officemate but unfortunately, she's not available during the weekend. Sebab nak bridesmaid yang still single kan so, I asked one of my cousin.

And, she said yes.

So, ok.
Settled.

But suddenly, 2 days before the wedding, she said she's truly sorry that she can't be there for my wedding due to some urgent paperwork.

And again, I was like, haaa??

And I asked Boy (my bro) if I can pinjam his fiancee to be my bridesmaid.

He said, alamak tak boleh la Along... Faz datang wif her family and diorang nak balik awal kot.

oke.

Tapi aku pujuk-pujuk juger la.

Actually we, (me and my sis) think the main reason is that dia tak bagi his fiancee to be the bridesmaid if the pengapit laki is not him.

haha.

Tapi sebab dah nazak ni, aku pujuk la jugak kan.
Lagipun everyone in the family is wearing pink-purple so of course Faz will wear one.

And akhirnya, he said ok tapi tak janji la takut Faz tanak.

At the same time, I asked one of my cousin to be the pengapit. Dia pun cakap ok tapi takde baju pink pulak.

So gamble je la.
Actually I don't care much about the pengapit since I think it is not a very important subject in my wedding.

Tapi sebenarnya memang penting jugak cuma malas nak pikir benda remeh-temeh ni.

So, the morning before my solemnization ceremony, Faz datang.

Dia cakap, "Along! Boy cakap kite kena jadi bridesmaid ke?? alaa Boy baru bagitau pagi ni tau."

"eh laa kan Along dah suruh dia tanya Faz semalam. Dia tak bagitau eh?"

"haa... Boy ni memang!"
