takde pun komen yg tinggi melangit so aku rasa cam biasa2 jek.
no one I know use the Autumnz bag so I'm not really sure about it walopon dlm review ckp bole tahan sampai 14 hrs.

Autumnz of cos lebih murahan tapi utk storage ni aku tak kesah sgt kalo mahal pun asalkan bagus and btul2 boleh tahan lama -- the milk and the life span of the bag itself.

yela, beli mahal2 of cos aku nak beg yg tak cepat rosak, kan.

Sgt best oke bau dia.
Dan sebab beli awal, so laki yang tak menyabar tu pun telah guna awal.

Before this he used that Hugo Boss but the smell cam tak berapa nak tahan lama.
Yang ni bila dia amik aku balik keje tu pun bau still fresh harum semerbak cam nak peluk2 kat situ jugak. haha.

oo my hubby adalah gile sukan yang agak dasat.

Balik kerja pukul berapa pun dia akan tetap luangkan masa utk exercise.
If takde org main bola, dia akan joging kat tepi tasik kat our housing area.
If hujan, dia akan pegi gym or main futsal with his frens.
And if malas nak keluar rumah, he will play with his thing, dumbell or tali skiping or ntah apa nama menatang gym tuh.

Dah berbulan-bulan la dok mikir tapi sampai sekarang tatau mau yang mana.
sgt banyak pro and cons antara keduanya.

Spectra 3 (RM329.80)
Pro :
Murahan, so kalau baby takmo minum EBM tak terasa ralat sangat kalau beli benda alah ni. And bole digunakan secara heavyduty, means, takde la nak jem ke hape kalau siang mlm dok pam susu. Lagi satu, bunyi dia tak bising.

Cons :
Berat and besar. Kalau nak mengusung gi opis tiap ari plus cooler bag tu harus patah riuk tgn aku kang. And purely guna electric. Tapi bole je beli converter nak cucuk kat kete tu kan.

Medela Double Mini Electric Plus (RM599.00)
Pro :
Ringan and kecik. Sgt senang la nak bawak gi surau or bilik mana2 pun utk pam susu tu. Kalau Spectra 3 kena angkut dengan beg dia skali, harus la org ingat ko nak lari dari rumah tu kan.

Cons :
Gile mahal! Kot kalo baby takmo minum EBM harus ai meraung kang. hehe.
And bunyi dia adalah sangat bising.
And takleh guna secara heavyduty. Tatau la tapi berdasarkan review yg aku baca kat forum, memang ramai yg agree Medela adalah sangat tak sesuai kalau ko nak guna secara berterusan. Dia akan jem.

Whateverpun hati aku memang lebih pada Spectra 3 la memandangkan ongkosnya lebih rendah and ramai yg bagi good reviews on this product. Tapi dok memikir jugak cemana la aku nak angkut gi bilik utk mengepam tu kan.

Eventho aku cakap dah takmo amik order untuk guestbook until bln 3 tapi rupanya macam tak berapa nak sampai ati. Mmg byk yang aku dah tolak tapi bila pikir2 balik kesiannya la kat org2 yg tak jumpa tempat nak buat guestbook ni kan.

and the wife is not working.
and they live in rural area.

Dah la takde anak, tak keje, dok kampung, berisi plak tu.
Kalau dok bandar lain la. ada anak, takde anak pun org tak pedulik sangat.
Tapi ni, kompem kena ngutuk byk2 dengan jiran sekampung you!

Last month she was admitted due to diabetic problem.
And since then have to take the insulin injection 4 times a day.
seksa... tapi dia ckp takpe la kerana baby dia sanggup buat apapun.
Kadang2 tu aku tengok sampai jarum dah tak boleh nak tembus kat kulit.
So hopefully this time her baby, both of them, will survive... amin.

For no reason at all, I've been eating like crazy.
Bangun pagi before gi opis tu dah siap2 mkn kek batik kat fridge.
ye, aku sentiasa ada stok kek batik kat fridge.

Then sampai opis, makan nasi lemak or mi/kuetiau goreng plus 4 ketul kuih or sandwich.
Then from brekfes till noon, I start eating everything yg ada atas meja.

And it's like truly non stop oke.

Kerepek pisang, kerepek pedas, biscuits, yogurts, chocolate, etc etc.
And I don't know why.
And perut rasa sakit sebab makan yg sgt banyak.
Baby mcm telah gerak2 yg dasat sebab sgt sempit sebab perut mommy sgt penuh dengan makanan.

And I'm 64 kg now.
additional weight of 15 kg since pregnant T_T
wuhuhu.

And I can't wait for this weekend!
Sebabnya, ada PC Expo kat Persada!

Tak dapek D90 idaman sebab for the time being it is wayy too expensive for us.
D3100/D5000 is 1K cheaper but based on reviews, the quality is very much the same.
so tengoklah nanti.
